Uk Automatic Vending supplies golf day   26/07/2006

UK Automatic Vending supplies held their Annual Golf Day on 26th July at the Sandwell Golf Club in West Bromwich. The 22 golfers, some of the finest in the industry, braved the hot and sultry day, and the lightning greens to record some very decent scores.

The day’s winner was Paul Knights, of Knightsbridge Vending, who scored a very credible 34 points, he also won the “nearest the pin”. The runner-up was Julian Ward of Golden Valley on a count back also with 34 points and Kevin Burns, UK Automatic came third on a count back, with 33 points. The longest drive was won by John Rowe from Roundstone Vending, who allegedly used a 5 wood for the shot of the day on the last hole!!

Fekade Zewde, the Managing Director was assisted by Kevin Burns in presenting the well earned prizes, and although the fairways were like concrete, and the greens like marble, everyone enjoyed the day, and the excellent evening meal at Sandwell Golf Club.
